Passing awway isn't the same a passing by. Passing away means good bye. But passing by means I can't say hi my hand are tied. They just nod or wave but loved ones passed away.
Why I wrote this poem is because I had a great-grandmother that I only got to vistit once in Barbados and then 5 years later I didn't get to see her but then she had just died. But I didn't cry because I know all loved ones are going to die and that is the circle of life.
You're really getting some very strong feelings on paper. You should work on this poem some more; the visualization you used of "tied hands" was very nice. How do you want the words, lines to "look"? What type of punctuation do you want to use? How do you want people to read it? Thanks for giving us your poem. DC
